As Music Charity, Support Act, has announced its annual Ausmusic T-Shirt Day will return this November.

Raising funds to help Support Act continue their crucial work supporting crew, music workers, musicians and managers through crisis relief, mental health and wellbeing programs, and the Support Act Wellbeing Helpline – a 24/7 free phone counselling service.

Supported by ARIA, the annual Ausmusic T-Shirt Day is a fun way to raise awareness, celebrate the Australian music industry, and raise urgently-needed fund for music workers in crisis.

Cliver Miller, CEO of Support Act, explains: “Ausmusic T-Shirt Day has grown to become Support Act’s most important fundraising campaign of the year, and we’re asking everyone who loves Australian music and the people who create it to support this year’s campaign by wearing their favourite Ausmusic T-Shirt, making a donation and/or setting up a team to fundraise.”

This year’s limited edition Premium T-shirts are on sale now, featuring an incredible line-up of Aussie artists including Bag Raiders, Casey Donovan, DMA’S, Darren Hayes, Hoodoo Gurus, Jaguar Jonze, King Stingray, Midnight Oil, Montaigne, Paul Kelly, The Chats, The Wiggles and Troy Cassar-Daley.

Premium T-Shirts are $50 and are available to pre-order until Wednesday 19 October, with 100 per cent of net proceeds going to Support Act, thanks to the support of Love Police and Gildan Brands. For the first time, a limited selection of shirts are also available in women’s and kids’ sizes.

This year’s Ausmusic T-Shirt Day logo is green tree frog, Uncle Frog, created by First Nations artist Bree “Little Butten” Buttenshaw and available as this year’s hero Premium T-Shirt and, for the first time, as a tea towel.

Music workers and businesses across the country can support the campaign in three simple ways:

1. Wear an Ausmusic T-Shirt on Friday 18 November 2022

2. Donate to Support Act

3. Fundraise in a team
