How do I manage my email preferences?
At the moment, we will only email you order and delivery notifications as and when you purchase an item from our shop, and a single weekly wrap email if you have subscribed to recieve it. This will be updated once our Membership accounts are live. If you no longer want to recieve our weekly wrap email, you can unsubscribe to it.
How do I unsubscribe to your weekly newsletter?
In the footer of all our email newsletters you will see an Unsubscribe button. Click on the link and follow any prompts and you will be removed from our database.
How can I advertise on your site?

What methods of payment do you accept on Gig Nation's shop?
We use the Stripe secure payment gateway and currently accept payment via credit or debit card.
How do I view my order history and update my address or banking details?
At the moment, we only offer Guest Checkout for our online merchandise. You will not be asked to register for a shopping account on our site, and we will not save your address or bank details for future use. If you wish to see a summary of your order history, please email us at [email protected]
How do I track my order?
Once your item has been prepared, you should recieve an email notification of dispatch which will include an Australian Post tracking number. If you cannot find this, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
How do I redeem a Coupon Code?
Once you reach the checkout, you will be prompted to enter any promo codes that you have. Enter your coupon code and hit ‘reedeem’. You can then update the cart and your discount will be reflected.
