Faulty Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, we’re so sorry! Please email us at [email protected] within 10 business days of delivery. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, description and any images of the goods. Once we assess your email, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price or provide a replacement (subject to availability and your preference).

We may request that you return faulty products to us. Processing of your refund will occur within 5 business days of receiving the goods back. Wrongly described goods (such as a t-shirt that is the wrong colour or size from what you ordered) must be returned in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused). The relevant time period for returns may vary by product depending on the nature of the goods, the price paid and any representations made about the goods. However, in most cases, a refund request must be submitted within 10 business days of receiving the delivery

Shipping costs will be refunded on faulty or wrongly described items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount. 

Change of Mind Returns

When purchasing, please make your buying decision carefully, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.


Processing your Order

An email confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 5 days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays. However, some orders may ship within as few as 2 days and some may take up to 10 days.

– Domestic Only

Gig Nation Pty Ltd does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic to anywhere in Australia.

Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

  • Express Shipping

Selecting the Express Post option on your order means your item(s) will be shipped quicker with Australia Post. The order will generally arrive within 2 business days. 

  • Standard Shipping

Selecting the Standard Post option on your order means your item(s) will be shipped through Australia post on standard delivery. The order will generally arrive within 3 – 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us. 


  • Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to Australia Post’s shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
Tracking Options

Gig Nation Pty Ltd aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Domestic Only

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not currently shipping internationally.

    Missing or Lost Package

    There are several reasons why a package gets lost or goes undelivered. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour, or has simply been delayed in transit. Gig Nation Pty Ltd politely requests that customers allow up to 10 working days for delivery, follow the tracking if provided, and check in common courier hiding spots or with neighbours if it is showing as delivered. If you still haven’t located your order after all these checks, please contact Australia Post directly to report missing or lost packages.

    Once your order has been shipped, Gig Nation Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your package.

    Please note – we also cannot be held responsible for items that have failed to arrive due to incorrect information supplied or if you have failed to collect. Items returned to sender that need to be reshipped will incur additional postage charges.
